Habitat Environmental Control is a Sydney HVAC and electrical contractor looking after commercial buildings, aged care homes, healthcare sites and government facilities across NSW. We design and build, maintain and repair the systems that keep buildings comfortable, compliant and running.
Our story
Habitat was founded by director AJ Narayan, who brings more than 15 years in HVAC. We've grown to a team of around 25, and we now work with facility managers, property groups and aged care providers, including BGIS, Knight Frank, CBRE, Excel Building Management, World Tower and SummitCare.
Based in Arndell Park, working across NSW.
