AHU fan upgrade — Parramatta Local Court
We upgraded the court's air handling units to an EC plug fan wall, working around court sittings. EC plug fans use less energy, run quieter and need less maintenance than traditional fans.

Chiller plant rectification
The chiller kept tripping on high pressure. We rewired and commissioned the condenser fan VSDs, reprogrammed the BMS — variable flow, differential pressure control, lead/lag and leaving-water temperature reset — and fixed a flow fault, so the plant now runs without trips.
